Maidstone was amazing! lovely art group, an interested and appreciative audience, thank you! The flat purchase is continuing, the solicitors are now asking for a deposit. Another demo soon on a thursday night, (9th Feb) so come along to Ongar :)
Business cards are amazing! thank you J'harts of Markhouse Road! On demo front, i just have to sort the people, draw in the houses' windows etc, figure out where the light is coming from, enlarge it to A2 and trace it onto the paper, then time myself and hope it will cover 2 hours :) Will be able to get cards on Monday. I now need to refine my perspective demo for next Friday :)) Got my e badge. V exciting, i know it's 3 months away but I'm looking forward to it :) Sent off to get a business card done, which I hope will turn out well. I shall discuss with J'harts tomorrow. The flat is not as ready as I thought it was but at least it's my query which as got to be answered, and I'm at the bottom of the chain. I've just registered for the London Book Fair! Slight glitch that the all important e badge which you have to have to even buy your entrance ticket, decided it wasn't going to download and chose to send an error message instead. I shall phone them tomorrow. Otherwise a good day:) Just written another 1,300 words this afternoon which now means i've got 10,000 to work with and that isn't including actually how to do the job, so i now have to start editing, then do the drawing. But first I have a perspective demo to finish in readiness for Jan 27th. My flat is just about ready for exchange! Hopefully that can all be settled next week :) my gosh, first post of the year! interesting statistics, the monthly average of new visitors to my site is 82% and everyone is spending an average of 9 mins looking around. i shall delve deeper into this facinating fact and reveal more vital information tomorrow :) |
