my buyer is waiting for his searches, i'm waiting for my seller's leasehold agreement, and my buyer's buyer is just waiting ... and, in a nice way, in response to the very observant comments I've had this week, I know I wont own the whole building, will only have one bedroom (I have seen it) and believe it or not, be returning to a London postcode! Just got on Flickr. Discovered this wonderful group called Urban Sketchers which you can only join by invitation so my next mission is to get accepted. Wish me luck!
